Die Funktionsgeneratoren der AFG-4000-Serie sind die ersten Arbiträrfunktionsgeneratoren von GW Instek, die mit einem 8 Zoll großen, benutzerfreundlichen, hochauflösenden TFT-LCD Monitor ausgestattet sind. Je nach Modell ist auch eine Touchscreen-Funktion verfügbar.
Die gesamte Serie bietet eine hohe Auflösung und verfügt über 146 integrierte Standardwellenformen wie Sinus-, Rechteck-, Dreieck-, Implus-, Rausch-, harmonische Welle, usw.
Je nach Modell sind die Generatoren der AFG-4000 Serie mit USB-Host/Device-Schnittstellen bzw. mit USB-Host/Device- und LAN Schnittstellen ausgestattet.
